JUSTIFICATION OF THE "BUILDING LIFE-CYCLE IMPACT REDUCTION" CREDIT, LEED V4 FOR BUILDING DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION FOR A LOGISTICS SHIP IN ILLESCAS

The Life Cycle Analysis has been carried out with the purpose of serving as justification for” Option 4. Whole-building life-cycle assessment”, corresponding to the LEED Credit "Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction of LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction, for an industrial warehouse for logistics storage, in Illescas (Toledo, Spain).

The development of the comparative analysis of the Life Cycle of a reference building, built according to the typical construction, has allowed to identify the most impressive construction items for the purposes of the LEED credit, and to act to reduce their associated environmental impact.
